  • PILATES (Mondays, 5pm) -Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. Pilates’ system allows for different exercises to be modified in a range of difficulty from beginner to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. Mat Pilates is performed at Hanger 66.
  • HANDSTANDS & ACRO (Mondays, 5pm) – Did you know that Handstands work your core and improve balance while giving you the benefits of increased circulation and lymph flow? When you handstand, you engage your whole body while using your shoulders, arms, core, and back making this one of the most underrated skills ever! At this class, not only will you learn the skills to handstand but Chelle will teach you some handstand shapes and skills regardless of what level you may be!
  • POLE CHOREO (Tuesdays, 4pm) – Andrea James Lui is back! With her ever-flowing creativity, this choreo class is one you don’t want to miss out on! Learn how to flow, move and feel the music – whatever genre it may be – with some awesome moves that are more than just Instagram worthy! Make it a double dose of Andrea by pairing this class with her 5pm Tricks & Links!
  • YOGA (Tuesdays, 5pm) -Yoga at Hanger 66 can range from a powerful vinyasa flow, an all-level Hatha class to a deep and restorative class – no matter your energy levels, we base each class around the energy levels of each yogi. An all in one activity that is also a moving meditation. You don’t need to know your supta badhakanasana from your ardha uttanasana, leave that to us! Even if you forget your right from your left we just want you to find your best version of yourself in both mind and body every time you come to the mat. Namaste.
  • WORK THE FLOOR (Tuesdays, 6pm) – Join Chelle to break down the most impressive floorwork moves, within the safety of a crashmat and a series of progressions. This class is open to all levels and interests – from floorplay (floorslay?) pole dancers to wanna-be acrobats who want to spice up their ground routine with unique transitions and skills.
  • @Hanger.66 (Tuesdays, 6pm) – WHOA! What was that girl doing on Instagram? Join Aurelie on Tuesdays at 6pm for @hanger.66! This class is designed to help you break down any pole trick you may have seen whether it’s a video or picture or the latest pole trend on Instagram! Have a suggestion? Join our Student Group page and pop it in the thread and Aurelie will help you nail this trick at the next class
  • NEMESIS TRICKS (Tuesdays, 8pm) – Do you need to work on your handspring? What about learning the Pheonix? Jade-splits? Need help perfecting that flip? This is the class for you. At this class, Chelle breaks down the skills required for the pole trick to help you smash any nemesis move you may have! The best part? This class is never the same two weeks running as we have a fun chat group of awesome pole skills to tackle each Tuesday!
  • BURLESQUE (Wednesdays, 7pm) – It’s time to shake, shimmy and dust off our dancing shoes! Rielle is back for another epic burlesque term with Hanger 66 where she will help you discover your flow, exude confidence and teach you how to bring some drama and flair to your dance!
  • CALISTHENICS (Saturdays, 9am) – Kick start your weekend the right way! Join Kevin for Calisthenics to work on building your strength off the pole to keep you primed and ready to tackle anything your pole instructors could throw your way at pole classes!


Flexibility is not all about stretching alone 😉 Wait, what?

In this class, Chelle will give you the KEY to unlock the secrets to flexibility!

Join us either online or in-studio for Unlock your Shoulders (starting 2nd May) and Unlock your Hips (starting 30th May) and is open to ALL levels of flexibility, exercises will be scaled according to ability!



  • #6AMCLUB IS BACK (Mondays, 6am – duh!) – Due to popular demand (and a long-standing history of training at crazy hours of the morning), we are offering an OPEN SESSION on Mondays at 6am. Access the pole, mix and cali room to get your week started the right way. Perfect for competitors and students who just need that extra time to practice tricks learnt in class.
  • TWERK IT OUT (Tuesdays, 8pm) – Learn to shake, isolate and shimmy with Abby. Over the course of four weeks, you will learn the foundations of Twerking, as well as a fun routine that will put your new skills to the test. Watch your short size and inhibitions shrink away, as you have fun and laugh your way to stronger thighs improved core control. This is a Turbo course, and students sign up for four weeks of classes here.
  • EXOTIC (Sundays, 10am) – We simply can’t get enough of this slinky, sexy and yet, challenging style of pole dance! In this class you will learn specific skills and techniques, foundations of Exotic style dance; followed by a freestyle! For best results, we recommend you pair it with the Pole Choreo at 11 am.

Have a private session or two with us and you’ll see that the support isn’t just on the routine itself. We can offer guidance on music, outfits, comp day tips and much more! Wait, there is more – our Membership now gives you access to Hanger@Home, our very own Online Class Portal where students join our award-winning instructors in the comfort of their home. Our strictly limited class sizes make it possible for students of all levels to receive individual attention.

So if you take more than two classes a week – it makes sense to become a member! Here are your options:

  • HNC – For $55 per week you can receive all the benefits, with no contract commitment! You may choose to cancel at any time, with two weeks notice. Join here.
  • H6 – Priced at $50 per week, this membership requires a short 6-month commitment. Upon expiry of your six-month contract, you can cancel any time or upgrade to H12 to save $5 per week! Join here.
  • H12 – This is the most popular option among our students. Priced at $45 per week, H12 requires a 12-month commitment and is sure to get you in the habit of consistent exercise and functional fitness. Join here.
