Have you been working out? Now that you’re feeling great, let’s use that energy to chisel some abs and booty, just in time for summer. Using a variety of techniques from disciples of Yoga and Pilates, this bodyweight style class will train and strengthen your core and lower body muscles. Our training is presented in a varied and dynamic way, so all students get a fresh take on the old school legs, bums and tums workout!

Our group fitness courses run in 4-week sessions, with the first one starting soon – at 6am on Wednesday, 20th of November. Your investment is only $75 for 4 weeks of classes – a bargain! About your coach

This program has been developed and implemented by Catherine, a passionate fitness professional from the UK. To every class, she brings years of extensive group coaching experience in Crossfit, weight lifting, HIIT, Pilates and Yoga.

The program will take place at Hanger 66, an industry-leading functional training centre in West End, Brisbane. Home to award-winning group fitness instructors, this two-level facility offers purpose-build bodyweight equipment, as well as Yoga and Dance Studio.
