Calisthenics is an exercise consisting of body-weight motor movements, that are intended to increase body strength, body fitness, and flexibility. Calisthenics training provides the benefits of muscular and aerobic conditioning, in addition to improving psychomotor skills such as balance, agility, and coordination.

At Hanger 66 in Brisbane, we offer a special, ALL-LEVELS course for anyone who wants to learn the foundations of body-weight training, with a strong focus on technique and safety. You will walk away from the class feeling the confidence to train any time, anywhere – using just gravity and your own bodyweight!

The Cali Course runs for eight weeks, at the same time, on the same day. Each week you will learn something new, as well as practice your skills from previous classes. Class sizes are limited to 10 people to guarantee the best experience for all students.

Normally, our four -week Blocks are $100, but students participating in the Introductory Courses enjoy a very special discount of $25.

So, you only pay $75 for 4 weeks of classes, which is less than $19 per class!

The technique is our main focus in all calisthenic classes. You will be taught the best and safe way to do all the exercises to ensure that you are getting the best and safest workout possible. We welcome men and women of all ages and fitness levels to attend our Intro Courses.
