Quinn’s discovery of yoga was love at first sight; she attended her first class and the rest was history.
She has seen firsthand the benefits of how it can improve health and mental health. Yoga practice has led to better ways for her to cope with stress and release held tension in the body, along with other physical benefits such as strength and flexibility. She has since attained her 200 hour teaching qualification and is well on her way to finishing her 350 hour level.
As a full-time nursing student, she uses her knowledge to advance her yoga instruction, providing her students with an encouraging environment to explore their abilities, move their bodies and discover their limits.
Focusing on expressive movement and empowerment, she loves teaching dynamic classes and believes that yoga shouldn’t be taken too seriously and is a great opportunity to gain strength and mind-body connection.
Quinn is a strong advocate for women’s and LGBTI equality and brings these both into her yoga teaching and practice.
