Pole fitness is a fantastic whole body workout. You will improve strength and flexibility while having fun in a supportive environment. Pole classes are open to men and women, were previous experiences in dance or gymnastics are NOT ESSENTIAL!

CALISTHENICS & CONDITIONING
Calisthenics is an exercise consisting of a variety of body-weight motor movements. They are intended to increase body strength, body fitness, and flexibility, through movements such as pulling or pushing oneself up, bending, jumping, or swinging, using only one’s body weight for resistance.
HANGER MIX
Hanger Mix is where you will take classes in Stretch, Contortion along with Dance and Floor Work classes.
