POLE FITNESS
Pole fitness is a fantastic whole body workout. You will improve strength and flexibility while having fun in a supportive environment. Pole classes are open to men and women, we also have a class dedicated to kids under the age of 16. Are you a complete beginner? We have a special offer for you!
CALISTHENICS & CARDIO
Calisthenics is an exercise consisting of a variety of body-weight motor movements. They are intended to increase body strength, body fitness, and flexibility, through movements such as pulling or pushing oneself up, bending, jumping, or swinging, using only one’s body weight for resistance.
HANGER MIX
Hanger Mix is where you will take classes in Pilates, Yoga and Stretch / Contortion along with Dance and Aerobic classes.
