Yoga Instructor

Elaine first step on a mat back in 2015 and has found love and passion for  yoga ever since.

Along the way, Elaine explored her interest into different styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Power Yoga and Yin Yoga, from where she deepened her knowledge in Asana Practice and sequencing. She has broadened her knowledge by extensively reading in the field of mind-body, psychology and spiritual growth. In June 2019, she completer her 200-hour yoga teacher training.

Elaine is teaching Vin-Yin Yoga and Power Flow yoga. Her Vin Yin classes will combine the energising Vinyasa flow with the receptive Yin Yoga.  Her flow classes will focus on building foundations and strength throughout the process of exploring the edges and by gradually putting challenges into postures which will help build stamina, strength, balance, flexibility and overall fitness.
