Originally from Newcastle in the UK, Catherine is loving her new Aussie life!
Catherine is deeply passionate about fitness and has experience training in Crossfit, weight lifting and HIIT while maintaining balance through Yoga and Pilates. She also happens to be an actor and signer, with interests in nutrition, music and travel.
With more than three years of teaching experience in a variety of disciplines, Catherine is currently teaching Pilates at Hanger 66. She looks forward to sharing her holistic approach to fitness (and life!) with her students.
